Quality & Grading

During the harvest, all products are carefully handpicked and washed to remove dirt and organic debris. After the initial sorting process, each product range undergoes an in-depth selection process based on size, shape and overall quality.

The batch of ideal quality is given a higher quality grade, which later commands a higher price and finds a place in an upscale market. To give our customers surety of safety, all our consignments will be tested for pesticide residues before dispatch. This means that when the fruit and vegetables are being packed, ready to be shipped to their destination, a thorough quality control has already taken place.
